All bookings are subject to state/county taxes (12.75%) and refundable security deposit. 

A $200 cleaning fee assessed on all full duplex bookings ($150 if booking one side). Packaged linens $150 for full duplex bookings (linens are $100 if booking only one side). Security deposit $600 for full duplex ($300 for one side), refundable.

​We accept certified/cashier's checks, ACH transfer, Zelle, Paypal, Venmo. (Convenience fee applied for Paypal and Venmo, ask for new total.) Refunds are honored in full, if requested at least 60 days before your stay. Advance deposits may be held in an interest-bearing escrow account per NC regulations.

Base Prices below reflect a discount for booking both sides for a full week. The price for booking one side is a bit more than half the below. These are base prices and so do not include the 12.75% taxes, housekeeping, linens or refundable security deposit all assessed on top of base. One advantage of booking with us directly is saving on VRBO and AirBNB traveler charges. Write summerplaceei@gmail.com for proposal.
